I wasn't sure about product quality when I ordered this item, but once the ring arrived and I was actually able to physically view it...I fell in love! This item is beautiful and the pictures really do not make it look as great as it is! I purchased this item for my boyfriend, who works in a motorcycle shop and uses his hands daily. I do not worry that he will damage this ring or break it, due to the heavy duty construction and durability. The inside of the ring is polished and rounded out to be smooth and extremely comfortable. In short, I am thrilled beyond compare with this ring and I will continue to use this company for all my jewelry needs!

My ring looks very much like the picture and is quite comfortable. At this price, it's a bargain.
I don't doubt that it will pick up scratches, but that's to be expected with 316L steel. 316L is not a particularly hard alloy, though it does have many fine qualities (it's highly resistant to corrosion, hypoallergenic, and nonmagnetic, to name three). If scratches would bother you, consider going with tungsten carbide instead of steel: there are many TC rings on Amazon and Ebay for $30 - $60 that look pretty much like this one, but TC is almost impossible to scratch.
Also, the 90 degree edge doesn't bother me. I haven't cut myself on it or scratched myself with it, though I can see how someone might. If that's a problem, go for a ring with a rounder/softer edge ("beveled" is the term to look for).
On balance, I'm delighted with this purchase.

This ring is o.k. for the price but you are getting what you pay for. The edges are kinda sharp, which makes it uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. Looks nice, is true to advertised size, shipped quick.

My husband likes this ring, it is big enough so he knows he has on a ring, but light enough that it is comfortable. However the sides are more narrow and causes scrapes when he wipes his face.

However, those expectations were rather low. I was just looking for a cheap ring, which is what I got. It looks just like the picture, and it does scratch pretty easily (noticed scratches 2nd day of wearing it).
