A little disappointingMar 02, 2009

It's a great idea, and seemed a good alternative to the standard guest book - so I bought it for the birthday party of a good friend turning 70. She was thrilled when she saw it, and all would have been fine but for the fact that we had constant difficulty with the pen - despite following the instructions for use carefully. It was very difficult to get the ink to flow from it at all no matter what we did. It worked on and off - sometimes barely working and others times heavy so all of the names are irregular and some a bit smudged. It was quite a struggle. I wouldn't buy another unless I had some reassurance that the pen worked better than this one. In addition - I sent a message to the seller regarding the problems with the pen and received no response.
